Utsunomiya Rashi Co., Ltd. was founded in 1943 by Seiichi Utsunomiya, who began selling various types of screws. In October 1950, the company was incorporated as a joint-stock company (kabushiki kaisha).

Since our establishment, our business has centered on the manufacture and sale of fastener components, starting with precision miniature screws. Today, in addition to screws, we produce and sell a wide range of products, including cold-headed parts, precision-cut parts, precision-pressed parts, sheet-metal parts, cast parts, molded parts, electronic device assembly, and the design and production of general industrial equipment.
